p11creative, a progressive award-winning design studio in Newport Beach, is actively seeking a full-time/in-house Account Coordinator to join our talented team. Account / Marketing Responsibilities:
Responsible for contributing to and coordinating the development of the schedules for the creative process, production, delivery, and billing.
_Manage work in process/timelines
_Brand/Identity marketing
_Public relations and social media campaigns
_Web marketing
_Advertising campaigns/media schedules
_Outdoor marketing
_Collateral materials

Specific Account Coordination Expectations and Responsibilities:
_Research and understand the new home, for rent and 55+ market with the intent to help develop appropriate marketing campaigns
_To assist in the coordination of the creative process to insure complete comprehension of what is expected internally and externally
_To follow through on obtaining approvals from client and/or the project managers/superintendent and purchasing agents
_To provide work In process input on a daily basis to the studio and support team of designers to programmers as well as upper management
_To work closely with the accounting department; to write descriptions, and to assist billing coordination
_To assist with RFPs and new business coordination

Must Haves:
_4-year degree in business or communications
_One to two years of office/business experience; ad agency or in-house experience preferred
_Agility in Excel, Word, Clients & Profits, WordPress, Power Point, and Google Analytics. InDesign and PhotoShop a huge plus.
_Interpersonal skills and polite phone etiquette
_Research & Critical Thinking Abilities – to assess and evaluate market conditions and consumer attitudes
_Listening Skills – ability to politely listen, interpret, then respond
_Detail-oriented – ability to focus in a busy, open studio environment
_Skilled at business writing and oral communication including press releases, advertorials, client correspondence and client meetings
_Experience with and knowledge of web marketing, SEO, and social platforms
_Ability to work with estimates, budgets, and purchase orders
_Proofing Abilities – expert knowledge of grammar, spelling, and context with complete accuracy
_Organizational Skills – setting up files, maintaining files, etc.
_Self-Management Skills – ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task without direct supervision
