
BONE-A-FIDE: North River Ranch Contest

A dog-gone good time was had by all at The Big Reveal at North River Ranch in Parrish, Florida, in May 2022. This fun event was part of the ongoing and very successful Follow Me Home campaign created by P11 for Neal Land. Visitors and homeowners enjoyed a scavenger hunt, fun, games, and a chance to name the masterplan’s mascot. The winning name is Dash! In total, we had hundreds of votes. Dash has his very own landing page. This dynamic and engaging campaign covers all the advantages for new home buyers, including quality new construction homes by quality home builders, model hour tours, quick move-in home selection, modern features and better-designed floor plans, master-planned perks including active amenities lifestyle, as well as innovative amenities such as on-site education. And here’s something else to chew on: P11 won a Silver at The Nationals for Best Email Marketing/Web Banners/Rich Media Advertising for North River Ranch.
