P11 is happy to share our rebranding for Irvine Campus Housing Authority. This new identity is a strategic part of ICHA’s recruitment marketing efforts. ICHA is a non-profit organization that manages the for-sale and for-rent housing for the faculty and staff of the University of California, Irvine. This new, clean, contemporary, and welcoming brand takes its down-to-earth inspiration from the rolling hills of the setting. The flowing design also reinforces the daily advantages of living only a short walk or bike ride away from where you work. It embodies the ease and joy of a lifestyle that’s truly connected.
