P11 is partnering with Next Space Development and Cushman Wakefield to provide creative marketing services for Nola Sky, a collection of brand new rental townhomes in North Las Vegas. “Above And Beyond” is the aspirational brand message and complements the Sky name and adjacent location to the North Las Vegas Airport. This community of rental townhomes in North Las Vegas will provide much-needed workforce housing in the area. The architecture will be modern and feature a wide array of amenities. The community is slated to begin preleasing in late Summer/early Fall 2022.
