On August 6, 2022, longtime P11 partner Brandywine Homes held an incredibly successful model home opening showcasing 8 professionally model homes in their new townhome community Carson Landing. It features 3-story, 2–4-bedroom, 2.5-3.5 bath floor plans that range from 1,425-1,907 sq. ft. Over 1,000 people were in attendance, and 15 new townhomes were sold. P11 created the complete branding program for Carson Landing, including website, floor plan and site plan graphics, interactive site plans, targeted eblast campaign, online banner ad campaign, and lots more.
