We’re excited to announce the website launch for Silo Epoca — a new luxury apartment community in South San Diego, CA. This is P11’s first community with new client/San Diego developer ColRich. The scope of work included website development, collateral design, digital illustration, and more. ‘Modern Farmhouse meets Winery’ is the cornerstone for the creative execution. The conceptual direction celebrates the welcoming architecture of this new community as well as the innovative use of natural materials and finishes. It sets the stage for a robust and authentic lifestyle created specifically for the fun-loving San Diego target market. It’s about good people, good living, good food, and quality time. It’s about saying cheers to rustic natural beauty, spontaneity, and convenient proximity to all the modern and scenic delights in downtown San Diego.
