P11 just created and launched an exciting new website for a forward-thinking, new community that’s truly pioneering. The Kelsey Ayer Station is a new apartment community specifically created for residents with disabilities and income limitations. “It’s great to see communities like this being created so more people can enjoy living well. The amenities and overall design of the community are impressive and intuitive, and it’s in the perfect location to access downtown San Jose. We all felt really good about being a part of this website and this heartfelt and commendable community,” says P11 Co-CEO Lance Huante. The Kelsey website was carefully constructed in multiple languages and is very user-friendly. Set to open in Late Spring 2024, The Kelsey is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, and this apartment community is being developed with the cooperation of the City of San Jose.
