Rebranding is always rewarding. Bringing new ideas and energy to an existing community and marketplace is definitely in our skill set. P11 was chosen by Greystar to rebrand an active adult community in Kissimmee, FL. We provided naming options, and the name Mariblu was chosen. It elevates this community and reflects the upgrades to the residences and amenities. It also pays tribute to the plentiful amount of scenic aquatic recreation in the area. Greystar liked the name so much they are using it for another community of theirs in the Pacific Northwest. Stay tuned for more developments about this reimagined senior community.
