P11 collaborated with award-winning national real estate firm Avenida Partners LLC on the ground-up launch of their senior living brand back in 2018. Since then, we've collaborated on the launch of 7 communities across the nation with more currently in development. The branding concept was to bring a fresh, expressive, and energetic balance that hits the sweet spot between traditional and contemporary. The Avenida branding reflects the authentic senior living market of today and aligns perfectly with Avenida's quest to develop "vibrant active adult communities that are thoughtfully designed and expertly constructed for the new generation of seniors."
