P11 was chosen to do a creative exploration for a new Southern California multi-family community called LEUCA from Western National Property Management. Since this new community is in sunny Encinitas, we took a deep dive into the well-established surf culture and local eclectic scene to create a colorful and expressive package to celebrate the identity and personality of this new apartment community.
