CHALLENGE P11 plays an integral part in our partners’ success —no matter what stage of development, including while projects are still in entitlement. For Legacy Partners and Invesco we enhanced their vision by first creating the exciting “HIVE LIVE” name, identity,and creative direction. We then executed this brand across various communication elements, extending it to the General Plan Screening Submittal and Website. The Hive Live logo garnered Silver recognition at the 2024 NAHB National Sales and Marketing Awards with Silver,and the clients’ proposal to the city was successful in advancing the project to the next stage in the approval process.
