CHALLENGE P11creative’s “surf meets suds” concept was the perfect launching pad for this new community’s branding and marketing. Our scope included identity design, a full website with interactive elements, interactive floor plans, a sales office presentation, a complete signage/banners/wayfinding system, window graphics & leasing office displays, direct mail, and even a branded surfboard.
