CHALLENGE The client’s ownership was embarking on a major capital improvement (renovation) and a marketing rebrand of an existing, struggling community, Ventana. The property has a combination of contrasting architectural styles — Mediterranean and modern (villas and lofts). Once the development team determined their architectural approach, a naming study was conducted and a new name chosen. "Paladia,”derived from "parallel” and inspired by the L.A. music venue Palladium. Their branding initiative included the redevelopment of the website, signage, collateral, and various marketing materials.
